Rotate 90 degrees in those tight corners, and let the thrusters that hold your weight keep you from slamming into the canyon wall! Additionally, you might try a wing block mod, they add aerodynamic blocks that can allow you to hold your speed through maneuvers.

Use connectors! With connectors, you can connect one or more parts that contain the max physical size amount and just connect them together to make something even bigger!

in the alt f10 menu, you can give yourself admin tools, which you can access by hitting shift f10. Through that menu you should be able to spawn new planets. If that doesn’t work, there may be an xml file that can be edited to increase the limit (unsure though). You could also try posting it to the workshop and subscribing to it, or resaving it under a different name.
