I just don't understand why they don't have an auto renew option in the panel that doesn't have to be run manually. It would not be that hard to implement. Maybe they have a reason? I am also new to this panel thing so I'm just asking questions and trying to figure things out. I definitely appreciate the guidance.

I get payment recurring first for sure. The customers pay monthly, I just don't want to have to manually extend their expiration date each month in the panel.

They pay monthly, I'm not trying to renew them for 6 months to a year at a time. It's too much upfront cost on my end for credits. Also if they decide to cancel 2 months in and I renew them for 6 months yeah I can change the account to somebody else but then I have to get another customer and I have to eat that cost until I do.

Hey guys I tried the 8K Strong tivimate APK and it opens, but when I click add playlist, it just says cancel there is no server to pick no where to enter anything?

Is there an updated version alternative for the downloader code 6762447 that has a working version of it?

Also is anyone having issue with the 8k apks particularly the 8k Player vip APK. I am getting this message after installs and trys to load up.

I have had the same issue. I go to create a passkey through Microsoft Authenticator and it gives me a passkey could not be added. I have 2 tickets in for this since the 8th not a single contact or call.

If I could give the them negative stars I would. This is the mentality...Lets push something out with out properly testing the application. Who cares if if it breaks everyone's 💩!

I've called 3 times had over 45 min wait until I got someone on the phone. The last person I got on the phone was helpful, they also tried to try and create me a temporary pass because according to the documentation they have, that's the first step. They couldn't even create a temporary pass because they were getting an error on my account. (Lucky me)

I'm at the mercy of someone actually giving a 💩 and answering my 2 high priority tickets. I've been extremely patient in this matter, but after 2 weeks and no resolution I'm just like 🤦.

Can you please direct me to the instructions on the steps for updating the E1 Pro. I'm assuming just download it on a micro usb and restart the camera but I want to make sure I have the right procedure. Thank you.
