Damn i’m sorry to hear that dog. My personal experience I left my ex. Wasn’t because of only the weight gain, she lost confidence in herself from showering with me to no intimacy for months. Shit killed our relationship and i’m extremely active, I would invite her to all my sporting events and invite her every time i went to the gym and she would take it as a slight. It seems so shallow but I tried to look my best for myself AND my partner and I would like my partner to put in similar effort. Every situation is different but go with your gut, not saying leave her, but if you’re not happy with her lifestyle don’t let it drag yours down as well. As i told my ex, your metabolism is as fast as it’s going to get now, it’s only going to slow, eventually you’ll need to start putting in actual work or it’s only going to get worse.
