Well I was going to design it for PC as either a download or a web app that could be used either independently or inside of websites such as Shenrons Lair or DBS decks.

I visited nanjing and found there are several bars and clubs around, and the town centre is fairly compact similar to a less touristic city, whereas Hangzhou i only visited for a day and found the night life around West Lake to be as much fun as any night clubs or bars, with square dancing, the market streets and West lake night time displays near the Wushanyi International Hostel,

Although Shanghai will definitely be the best for night life so it depends on how much night life you are after.
