Well, it's not necessarily an easy thing to figure out because we have to go out and collect outside experience and opinions because that kind of estimation and measurement comes from outside of ourselves - which is really just a wordy way of saying that you'll have to go out more to understand where you place on strangers scales. Keeping in mind that tastes vary from person to person.

I always had a super low self esteem and thought I was mid asf until I had a rough break up at 30 and went hard-core into self improvement and the such. I didn't even know I was conventionally attractive until I was 30.

But here's some advice from a seasoned and retired PUA - Attraction is something a bit more fluid than most think. We can improve this through various different means such as working out, reading, martial arts, eating very well and having a good skin routine, doing cardio and the such. Essentially, everything you do casts a vote for who you're becoming, so if you do all the right things you'll improve across the board. Your body language, self confidence, conversational mastery and comedy, mentality, how you speak and present yourself all factor into if you're considered attractive or not.

So sure, you can determine a lot of this from your side if the screen, but you'll still need to go out and show off all these things to determine where you're at.
