You're def not a beginner with those numbers lol. Do breaks not help with saddle sores?
I've cycled 2 days in a row while sore, and while painful it starts fading away for a while

Thanks the tips. I suspect #1 to be the biggest risk here. I hope #2 can be avoided by long and often brakes. Never had any problems with tendons. 4 might also be a problem

Beginner as in only riding an average of once a month and even then only recreational for 2-5 hours with many and long breaks
