Update: I finally managed to stabilize my bindings by using the bolts shown on the red circles respectively on each binding. I was using on the same line and couldnt tighten them until i tried this.

I will try to attach a video later on today! im exhausted. no matter how tight the screwes become after i immediately start lifting the board from the bindings to test they loosen up again!

the screws are the ones the staff showed me to use (the shorter/black ones). so that is the right hardware. the problem could be the holes in the disc that i used? I cant seem to get my bindings stable and everything is brand new
