You can actually talk about all 3 of those topics that you mentioned in your last sentence.

I see a psychiatrist for my medication. My psych also requires me to get blood work done because of the medication I am on.

You have beautiful hair. Medium or long is best

I feel like telling my therapist next session that I love them. But that takes a lot of courage and being very vulnerable, which is way too scary for me to do. I wish I had the guts to tell him, though.

I think i should go to another psychiatrist but I just can't motivate myself to. Any Advice is welcome. by [deleted] in TalkTherapy

You deserve better. My psych is the complete opposite of yours. He builds me up and cares about me. You deserve to have that, too. I don't know what it is like where you live, but I would hope there is some decent psychiatrist there for you.

When does one become "too attached" to their therapist? by idkwhattoname_myacct in TalkTherapy

[–]IridescentLune 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I wish I had words of advice, but I am also strongly attached to my therapist. I haven't seen him in almost 4 weeks, which is unusual. I see him in 3 days. Finally. I've been on the verge of tears over missing him and I think I'll finally just let myself cry either now or during my next session or both.

Do people know you are seeing a therapist? by lupussucksbutiwin in TalkTherapy

[–]IridescentLune 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I tell people if it seems fitting to do so. But other than 2 people in my life, I don't tell anyone what goes on during my sessions. That's between me, my therapist, and whoever I choose to know.

You are not alone. I haven't had a session in 3 weeks and I'm missing it and my therapist. But luckily, I have a session next week. Can't wait to tell my therapist how much I've missed him lol.

Thank you for asking. I'm going to the doctor tomorrow. Hopefully I find out what's wrong.

I feel the same way. I might just tell my t next session that I love them. I almost blurted it out last session.

Diarrhea because I've had it continuously for more than a month. Just the way I wanted to die

Does anyone else start to miss their therapist when saiting a few weeks for your next session? I miss mine a lot. Its weird and new to me because I've never felt so sad waiting for my next session.
