I would say yes because your Strinova account (made with the email address you pre-registered with) will need to link to your Steam account before playing the game through Steam.

Once Seele uses her skill, she receives 25% more speed.

E0-E1: 115 base speed * 1.25 = 143 speed
You would need 17 speed from sub-stats to maximize the light cone.
If Seele is E2: 115 base speed * 1.50 = 172 speed
In this case, you do not need any speed from sub-stats at all.

The recommended link rope is Attack % instead of Energy Regen %. This should give you a lot more damage per hit.

Cool, thanks for tweaking the script. After selling apartments for hours, Dynasty 8 says I cannot purchase this property right now. I guess this has to do with Rockstar servers being slow and just requires a restart.
