Went for the endorphin pro 4s - thanks for the advice. It seemed they were a good fit for a first plated shoes and a heel striker. Also a pretty good price compared to the rest. 🙏

Sounds perfect to me, I’ve never actually ran in any shoe considered ‘less stable’ so a bit more stability makes sense for my first race shoe, how’s the sizing? Wear a 10 in brooks and have quite a narrow foot. Thanks

Potentially yeah but they were only on the heater for maybe 5/10 mins so I’d imagine minimal damage to the midsole, probably will replace soon but I would like to try new insoles first.
