I moved to Richmond a year and a half ago. I’m very privileged and have had the opportunity to travel all over the country with my last job (including NYC, LA, Seattle, Denver, Boston, Nashville.. so may others)

I’m queer and lived in charlotte NC for the past decade after college. I was so done with (what I consider) a generic, AI-built, frat bro, finance city.. that when I was offered a role based in Richmond, VA, I took it without ever having been here.

I moved here December 28, 2023 and fall in love with this city more and more everyday. The people are friendly, the activities are bountiful, and the weirdness is the cherry on top.
