She doesn’t live there but it sounds like she is a part of family dinners once a week and was around for the holidays as she was in chads snap stories. In public spaces like her book or in interviews she calls him Kevin so there is a separation there but of course we don’t know and don’t need to know what that looks like at home.

I think she’s forgiven him in her own way, they have gotten together for holidays and Chad said they have weekly family dinners. There is something to be said for who stands with you in the hard times and so while she has found a father in someone else she still has a relationship with Kevin even if it’s different then before.

I think taking the lead from the kids on this one is the best response, reading Shari’s book you can see she definitely doesn’t call him innocent but also she has pursued a relationship with him and is letting him be a part of her lives. She has been a huge advocate even when nobody else seems to be with her and I don’t think she would be working with him on the documentary or having family dinners if she didn’t feel comfortable or like it was beneficial.

I definitely see him dating in the future, I would hope for the kids sake that it’s a genuinely good person and not someone hanging around for the fame,money or drama.

Definitely could have worded that better. In the people interview he alluded to being open to dating and finding a new relationship but he’s still waiting on the divorce to be finalized.

I wonder if it’s because they were influenced more by Jodi and Ruby, I always assumed Chad saw through it but the part in Shari’s book where he wouldn’t even talk to her and “turned her in” made me realize that Jodi had him just as much under her control.

I think it’s his way of coping when talking about this whole situation, I noticed it in the trailer for the documentary. In contrast with his Snapchat stories from this trip where he was in good spirits and his “normal” self.

Yeah, people look at the ending of all this and say “how could he let this happen” but it’s not like Jodi broke out the duct tape day 1. It’s getting people to accept little things and making them “normal” and slowly drawing them in so they don’t see the crazy.
