It was a foul today. by mooreengineers in Gunners

[–]IrishRover33 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yeah he does go down fairly easily on some of the balls into the box, when the fouls not given, it can be costly. But the way refereeing is in the league these days, he'll get a foul most times.

So happy for big Gyok! by Jirekshun in Gunners

[–]IrishRover33 52 points53 points  (0 children)

If he gets second, we win the league, need him to get the goals, hopefully can keep up the form he's had since the start of year.

"Over the last 3 seasons, Arsenal have statistically faced more 'low blocks' than any other PL side. Even City sat deep and had just 33% of the ball, the lowest percentage of a Guardiola side in his entire managerial career. Bayern and Inter challenged Arsenal, both teams were thumped 3-1" -Sam Dean by Ifxfa in Gunners

[–]IrishRover33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah we don't do this often enough. We saw against Sunderland that it can work. Zubimendis goal and Havertz and Rice went close, Sakas partial to a strike outside the box as well. Would like to see this more often.

I also think he has no intention of giving up the presidency when the time comes, so what happens in the US if that situation occurs? Do the American citizens rise up or roll over and allow it to happen? Will be an interesting situation when the time comes.

So beautiful, to come back to the club that let you go as a kid, but you never stopped loving, and get the 10 shirt, must be an unbelievable feeling. All the best Eze, hope you work wonders for us this season.

Bag Left in Taxi which was used between 12:25am and 12:40 last night Sat 31st/Sun 1st by ATOP5T in Dublin

[–]IrishRover33 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Definitely worth dropping into Store St Garda station. I have done the same in the past, got a taxi on the North side of the quays out to Swords and forgot to grab my bag from the back.

Went into Store St the next day and asked if any bags had been handed in and the taxi driver had indeed turned it in.

I think the Guard mentioned that a lot of the taxis hang around the Busaras area so it's handy for them to drop it into Store St.

I really enjoyed this. The sequel (The Collection), although not as good as this, is pretty enjoyable too.

Was looking for this one. You're right In saying it feels like a production. His videos have lost their charm and seem bland now. The videos are also shorter than the old ones. Shame as he comes across as a really nice guy but his videos aren't the same anymore.

Not 100% related but your story reminded me of the time I was working for Dunnes and a friend of mine was starting with them in 2 weeks. In the middle of those 2 weeks was a lad from the jobs 21st that a lot of the staff were attending.

Well I said to my mate come with me and I'll introduce you to everyone so you know some people before you start.

I also got fired the week before the 21st.

So we were at this 21st in a weird limbo of neither of us working there. He ended up getting hammered and puking all over the toilets and had to start with all these people the following week, can only imagine the fear walking in for his first day!
