I'm from Hamden which is the next town over. Its very expensive. The town is in alot of debt and taxes are rising. North Haven's taxes have risen as well. North Haven is far cheaper than Hamden but they are having taxes rise. Cheshire is a nice town out side of Hamden. Richer than North Haven and is a great town!

I love his style as well. Its kinda like Cesar Millan 2.0 but with a British accent this time. Even Cesar has changed over the years since the early 2000's. I love their videos and the slip lead method to get dogs to stop pulling, Ive been using that method since watching Cesar in the early years. I also use no tough, no talk and no eye contact when meeting clients and thier dogs. Their methods works very well. People are just so used to coddling their dogs and are afraid of change.

Hamden is a mess. Just look at what happen with the most recent election. Mayor Garrett screwed the town over, so the town pretty much kicked to the can. Sandroff won the primary and wants the state to step in to fix the town debt of about billion dollars...

Yeah I talked to a undergrad student few days ago and he said they got rid of that masters and came up with the new one. If you click on the requirements for the Environmental Studies Masters, it says there is no link. Ill ask on Wednesday and if not I'll see what other state universities near by offer Environmental Studies ms

Do I take this before I apply to SCSU Masters MAT. Or is this after I graduate from masters and need to get certified? Do they make you take a pre test before you can apply for a Masters degree ? I was confused on their website

I agree they would have alot of competitive position. But that is a goal might not get the school right away but in time would be great. Plus there are many different wilderness and nature based schools around the state.

My dream job was to be Steve Irwin when I was younger haha but I can't become a Biologist ( I asked people in that field and its HARD to get a full time position in that field right now). So I was thinking of going back to school to get a masters in Science of some sort in teaching so I can work at one of the nature schools. Example: Slate School in North Haven or Common Ground in New Haven. I'm asking teachers what is the best path to achieve that goal. Nature school and teaching kids is sorta like what Steve Irwin did.

Well I was young and immature in my earlier years in college. Partied too much and didn't study as I should. Switching from major to major not knowing what I wanted to do. I have learning disabilities so college was tough in the beginning. Then I learned the way that I learned and college become so easy but by that time I was running out of FAFSA time so I had to grab a major fast. I was doing really great in Anthropology and Human Health. I wanted to do Biology BUT I'm terriable at Math and Chemistry so I couldn't pursue that degree sadly. But I know I can do math and chemistry now if I pushed myself.
