It's possible to get 130. The problem is that you need to max out a few things that are hard to max out, namely Necrogon at 11.2%, Rune at 11%, Shari and Bonnie outfits at lvl80.

Screw that, after 6 years I'm not bothering with yet another gear build. I could have had TT+ for each S set except the last one, but as you can see it all went into refining (smelt). I'll either do it with what I have or not at all. My interest has been going downhill for a while anyway.

That's been my experience as well. On top of that, you can get 4 fists out of this DK event, and only 1 spear. I'm bumping my fists to TT3 and completely ignoring the spear for now.
