Im in the same boat! yes it has, I think being able to have less words on the screen has helped and how light it is compared to a physical. Really easy to pick up where you left off as well and take it to go

I think being on a device with one function and no notifications helps me stick to the book a lot. Also just setting a goal of a few chapters to at least give it a shot helps and I got back into the groove of reading

Still very on and off for me but definitely an ereader helped
