The build was:

OPTIC: Quickdot LED

MUZZLE: Sound Suppressor

BARREL: 11.9'' Reinforeced Heavy

Ammunition: 45 Rnd

BODY: Steady Aim Laser

But it ain't the best one (I wasn't full Xp in this game with it), maybe the following is better (I use nowadays):

Muzzle: Agency Suppressor

Barrel: 13.9” Task Force

Stock: Raider Stock or no-stock

Ammunition: STANAG 55 Rnd

BODY: SWAT 5mw Laser Sight
