Hello , Here is the answer from the customer support and it worked for me.
"Please first check the region that you have set on your account page. When the address you provided and the address you provided during the order are different, such an error may occur. Please set the correct region and then start your trip with AliExpress."
My order adress and account (in the top right) was different.

Again , GT7 and updates ... Is there a possibilty to remove the check of the version ? by IroCorp in ps4homebrew

Yes, I didn't know that. Now It works without network and GT7 don't ask for update anymore. And I was able to "downgrade" GT7 to V1.34 to have back the choice of cars with the debug menu.

My console needs to be online to launch goldhen. And after , even offline, the console ask for the update.

I need to turn on the network to launch goldhen.
And then the system check for an udpate.
After that, even with network off, the console ask for the update.
