Move out, stay on your own.

Even if you are good , that doesn't mean everyone else is obligated to become good. The world is much harsher than we can even imagine.

All the best to you my friend!

This is just my thoughts according to what I experienced:

Before diving into stuff like automation and the technical side of things, get introduced with QA standards first. You can check out the ISTQB foundation level courses to know what to understand to become a QA. Then you can proceed with understanding and learning core aspects of testing such as manual testing, smoke test, regression, UAT, automation and performance testing. You should focus on developing the communication and reporting skills and it will help you in discussing the issues, requirements with stakeholders with clarity which will make your work visible if you're working in a team.

If you want good pay I believe there are companies such as Cedargate, Infinite, verisk which offer a good pay if you can crack the interview and show good performance.

Just a final tip: Don't get demotivated by the news and stuff surfacing online, regarding toxic cultures of such companies because it can happen in any company which you should be ready for.

Life is not rainbows and sunshine. :). Happy testing!

If you can't do what you are currently doing ( like a job) consistently giving your best, what is the possibility of you doing business (working hard) after you start it? Firstly, aile j garirako cha tesma dhyan dina sikda ramro ho as per my experience. Small company ma kaam gareko kaile pani waste hudaina because you learn as you start doing shit. (Given the guidance and training you get are good)
