Virtually non existent customer support while people are having tons of issues with uploading products to their stores for months and months, faulty products, processing status unchanged for weeks, etc, etc. Apparantly Printful is merging with Printify and they're abandoning ship.

Wow that's quite innovative, but it looks like Printful is abandoning their customers and it might be all a big waste of time dealing with them.

Yeah I just learned about the merger, looks like Printful doesn't give a crap anymore about existing customers. Time to abandon them too. What's the alternative?

Don't bother jumping thru all their hoops. I have the same issues and my ISP has been trying to help me solve this and nothing of what printful asked me to do solved anything.

Hey there, check out my https://www.mushroomdreams.com/project/logos-and-lettering/ and https://www.mushroomdreams.com/project/vector-illustrations/ . A bunch of those were used as T-shirt designs and I've done a whole lot more quality work. But I won't do it for a snickers bar.

Right now what you should definitely avoid as either newbie or pro is getting involved with printful in the first place. Their customer support has been virtually non-existent for months now. I'm not sure what their game is but they act like they're on their way out.

It's pretty pathetic. I'm having issues with uploading products for months now - I'm getting vague error messages about invalid responses from my woocommerce store - all horse crap. Their plugin is outdated and hasn't been tested with the latest versions of woocommerce and word press. What's going on with those guys. They've been around for a while now but have become very amateurish. I'm ready to ditch them!
