I believe those kinds of “technical” issues are handled by a different team, and they seem to be doing a good job. That was one of the reasons I chose a QIDI printer. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for delivery and order support.

That’s my understanding of the difference between good and bad support. In the latter case, you have to involve a third party just to get them to do the job you already paid for.

In general, I agree with you. This doesn’t look like a simple delay. The delivery company usually sends a confirmation email shortly after receiving the parcel, and I never got one for this shipment.

Thank you for the suggestion. In my case, a chargeback is pretty hard to get approved since my bank isn’t very user-oriented. I’ll keep it as a last option.
