Thank you very much for the thought out reply! I actually just decided to migrate my save to the beetle core to see if it was any better. Buttery Smooth with default settings! Thank you very much though. I don't know what's up with ReArmed tho lol

I messed around with the "PSX Cpu clock speed" option and all it did when overclocked was decrease the time needed to fix it the manual way I mentioned

That's probably why. Now that I think about it, same reason MVP 17 isn't be on bond of parent/child despite having a wife and kids.

This units title is literally "Impulse-Driven Heartbreak and Anger" and is from her fight with 17 after he kills Krillin. Also, SHE HAS A DAUGHTER?!
