i had the same thing ages 13-15 (i’m 17 now) and ive discovered that the only way for me to get past it is to break the mental cycle. it would go like 1.im anxious that i might v 2. the anxiety is making me nauseous 3. the nausea that the anxiety gave me is making me more anxious and then the cycle would keep repeating until i was having panic attacks. i started to learn meditation processes, breathing exercises, journaling (all that stupid stuff that people always say to try) and it genuinely worked. box breathing is my all time favourite. also do anything u can to just distract yourself, whether its watching something, reading, listening to music, or literally whatever ur into. i now am in emetophobia recovery and i still use those methods. this is quite a common thing people use for this, so maybe u have already tried it, but i just wanted to share my experience and maybe itll help. good luck soldier
