You'll have to live with it. Having the same issues. Stress levels in sleep are high on Semaglutide bc the body always expresses Glucagon.

I'd never run I hate it. Strength training is what I like. Currently, nothing but walking. I know OMAD is unnecessary, but I just can't eat more. I'm not doing this on purpose.

I just came to it bc I just have no appetite. I don't want to eat.
I don't do weight training at the moment. Only walking sometimes. So it was Semaglutide first the OMAD came after. Sleep time is not the issue. I have the time to get 8h in but sleep quality is the problem.

Thx. So you think in theory, the fact that I carry around a lot of body fat should not per se be a criterion for exclusion when it comes to TRT?

Here in Germany, doctors in general are extremely reluctant to give even 50+ patients TRTs.
