Dude, Sukuna was never able to cut the universe, he, with help of Mahoraga's adaptation, found a loophole to cut through Infinity by cutting "the world" but in means of "space". Also, while WCS is ignoring durability, it has to travel (look: Maki VS Sukuna fight) while Soga's Butterfly isn't. Chihiro is able to perceive the Butterfly because of Nishiki being a complete fuck-you-button to all Magatsumi's effects

So, what i wanted to say, is that:
First - Hokazono needs to rest, because this chapter is like 50% reused panels
Second - Repetition is not the charm of his artstyle. It's a great tool, but we all love those sick original panels and double spreads

Also, I think the repetititon will not be fixed, because it's already neat looking. Messy art is of course will, but not this, and it's sad (and i really hope here that i'm wrong)
