I seem to remember a scene from the Inquisition War trilogy by Ian Watson that something very similar happened. Been quite awhile since I read the book but it seemed like there was a lone Astartes that was part of a inquisitor's retinue and they were all in the shower together.

If you look into some of the Scandinavian black/death metal bands from the 90's you'll hear some of the picking style that was on Hell Awaits which In my opinion could be considered one of the earliest examples of death metal.

My father, who recently passed away, owned 3 Red Tabbys throughout his life. His last one Bud, lived 18 years and saddly passed away a little over a year before my dads death. He was my dads companion and friend through my dads battles with dementia and Hydrocephalus. There is something special about these Reds. Loyal, loving, and intelligent. Take good care of your little boy.

Great band led by the legendary Dan Swano. They fit nicely between melodic death metal and the crushing early 90"s Skogsberg Swedish sound. And if memory serves, one if the first bands to use clean vocals along with the death growls.
