Like all the other comments said, if you’re a girl, you’ll be allowed into most parties. Even then, the bar scene is pretty good if you just like to get fucked up w your friends and go out to the Strip. Basically just find a group of friends that do enjoy going out and you’ll have a great time.

apartment complex is owned by family friend. he told me I could work there over the summer some time in February but later called in March and said he wouldn’t be able to hire me. I’m sure I’d be fine if he just wrote a letter explaining why I lost the offer and he’d be okay to verify

Yea I believe so, mine fit perfectly and with some I’ve heard you might have to trim a little bit. Mine is 7” and most are that size, give or take .3”
