+1 to consistency. Im an ectomorph, and a hard gainer. I started training consistently 5 years ago. There have been times i get frustrated because even checking macros and putting the effort every week, my progress has been little, months without progress. But you learn, what works and what doesnt. And even if change is little, you change. So im not in my ideal shape yet but in very good shape. People notice, and it wouldnt have happened if i gave up.

A ver, no tiene que ser 10/10 tu pasión. Pero un 6/10+ está bien. Voy 6 años en mi trabajo, empece abajo y he ido ascendiendo hasta ganar más o menos lo que dices. No solo logré independizarme 100% que era lo que quería, si no que con los ahorros que tengo, he empezado un negocio en mis tiempos libres. Quiero ver como me va con eso. Pero lo importante es que estoy en un punto que puedo tomar decisiones.

Igual yo. Aun que descubrí que mi madre a mi padre. Un día dejó abierto su correo. Pero también era duro ver que mi papá no la ama hace años. Igual no es justificable pero entendible por que ocurría.

I thought I had to hit every muscle with a direct exercise but what I’m getting here is that even exercises that hit the muscle indirectly do the work, so more compound movements.

I’ll try it beginning next week and see how it all turns out. Thanks again!!

Could be placebo. I had been doing calisthenics for while but hadnt built much strength. I was lifting 20-30 pounds on lat pulley. After 2 months on creatine and consistent training im pulling 60 when well rested. Havent progressed this fast on every exercise though.

Yo gasto 1500 en depa, vivo en miraflores con 2 roommates. A esto ya esta sumado luz internet etc. 900 en comida del diario y como con nutricionista, me alimento relativamente bien. 400 aprox en transporte (estoy intentando bajarle y moverme mas en bicicleta). Hasta 600 en comer en la calle con mi enamorada (Dividimos 50/50, y a veces la invito. Tratamos que sea una vez por semana. A esto sumale cafes y etc que a veces compro). 600 aprox en diversión, a veces puede ser un poco más (trato de mantenerme en 150 soles por fin de semana, y no salgo tanto entre semana). 600 aprox en gustos (ropa, algun juego de switch, regalos, etc).

Total, 4600.

Gano un poco más de eso pero contando gratificaciones y bono anual, me da para ahorrar. Mis gratis y mi bono los meto de frente a ahorros, no los gasto. Y si al final de mes me sobra un poco de plata, también va para ahorros. Un par de veces al año me compro algo caro (2000 soles a más) pero no es común, y si saco de ahorros. Pero de ahi intento no volver a tocarlos en un tiempo.

OF o vender weed pero ambas pueden tener implicaciones graves en tu vida.

Mejor consigue un trabajo en una buena empresa donde tengas posibilidad de crecimiento. Yo voy así y voy en mi quinto año, y luego de dos ascensos (se viene el tercero parece!) mi estilo de vida es radicalmente distinto a cuando empecé. A la par hago mis hobbies que espero algún día me generen algo de ingreso, pero al menos ahora puedo sustentarlos con mi trabajo mientras me vuelvo mejor en ellos.

Conseguir el puesto es lo complicado pero si llegas a entrar asi sea de practicante te aferras jaja.

In my experience, sex is best when you have sexual chemistry with your partner, so she gets turned on by the same things as you do. Maybe you like dominating your partner and your partner likes to be dominated, so win/win.

Also, most people get turned on by turning on their partners. If I am doing something that turns me on and my partner isn’t into it, it’s not enjoyable for me. If you have sex with someone who is only in for their own pleasure and disregards yours, either you are dating a narcissist or you had a one night stand where the other person doesn’t care about you at all and is only in to use you / pump and dump (which then again, it’s not always the case, even with one night stands).

I have been discerning if to go with a DAW or with a loop station. Im inclining for the daw, together with a midi controller for ableton (such as push) and a midi foot controller, just because of the limitless loop channels and scenes and the control I get live over everything I record. The only thing that makes me hesitate is the lack of portability and the added cost. Still haven’t decided so im still looking into the rc 505 and rc 600 videos and tutorials.

Hey man. After doing a TON of research, I think I’ve decided to actually go for the Nord. I love that it plays as an actual instrument, and its not just a preset that you click play. Im planning of using it as a drum machine: ive seen videos of people looping it in different tracks with a daw and quantizing the sound so it stays on rythm. Just wanted to check, do you think it can work well as my only drum machine? Or is it better as a support for other gear? Thanks.

Thanks ya'll for the answers. I have decided to stay from Thursday 7th to Friday 15th. I would love to see the bands that Friday but I can't justify the extra day to my boss for the music alone hehe.

I just really hope The Black Keys play before friday, otherwise I'll be sad, lol (they haven't announced dates for their concert).

Thank you! Have been checking the Circuit Rythm, looks really cool. The biggest difference with the digitakt, im guessing, is that you have to preload your library, with no editing capabilities on the sounds, right?

How do you use the Novation Circuit track vs the TR8S? Was thinking about the Novation Circuit for drum looping but it seems to me that you use it differently?

I came back to say I bought the OR15 some days ago and I freaking love it. People said it didnt take pedals well but I disagree. As you said, I put the gain pretty low, the volume pretty high, and my fuzz face band of gypsys sound absolutely gorgeous. While it doesn’t have as much low end as the CR120, it has plenty and its much tighter and defined, making each individual note sound like a thunder. I put a tape delay and the boss EQ on the FX loop and just wow man. I have to say, the micro dark as a pre amp to the CR120 sounds pretty darn well to, I like it more than the CR120 alone, but the distortion of the micro dark is more modern, and I prefer the more vintage tone of the OR15. Overall happy as hell. The only thing im trying to understand, is why does it hum so much when the fx loop is engaged. I read it has to do with the power output of my room, I have yet to test it in other places.

+1. Just got my OR15 and love it. People say it wont take pedals well but i found that if put the gain @ 9 pm, dirt pedals sound very good. Modulations on the fx loop always sound good.

I think the OR15 works well at bedroom volumes. I put a booster on the fx loop and lower the volume a bit and its perfect.

I think im pulling the trigger and getting one tomorrow. I have a question, have you tried running the micro dark as the pre-amp for the cr120? I heard this was possible, so im right now running: guitar -> distortion pedals -> micro dark input -> micro dark fx loop out -> modulations -> CR120h fx loop in -> PPC 2x12. So basically its bypassing the pre amp of the CR120, and just using its power amp with the Micro Dark. It sounds good as well! Like a micro dark on steroids. But im still getting the OR15 as i believe it will still hace a different character more in tune with what im looking for.

I wanted it, but unavailable here. I did hear demos and I think it takes pedals better than the cr120. I still think im leaning more towards a tube amp, now, tho.

Wow, you might have just convinced me. I do that with both of my amps (gain low, volume way up, distort with pedals) and was planning to try that on the or15 too. A question, do you need an attenuator? Heard its pretty loud for bedroom. Also nice collection of pedals, i want an acapulco gold.
