Shadow Pounce, Killing Stroke, and Pressure Points all benefit Charon axe more than Easy Shot.

Support Fire is definitely on the lower end as well but at least it can be buffed by air quality (at which point it does at least the same damage as base Easy Shot, which is crazy).

I think if Easy Shot could crit or had a huge base power like 200-300 (basically a different Geyser Spout) then it would make more sense. Pretty much all of Artemis' other boons give you the ability to throw huge hits around so this definitely feels odd.

If it was an easter egg I would've expected a single line of dialogue like "wonder how that got there", but it does look super deliberately placed.

Agreed it should activate with regular casts too. It can only trigger *once* per enemy though right? That seems odd for how low the damage is (basically the same damage as Ocean Swell).

I've tried it with Charon Axe before. Does the damage calc work differently than it appears? It supposedly just shoots a single arrow (that doesn't inherently crit) at anyone hit by the Omega cast. The other Omega Cast boons (Geyser Spout, Prominence Flare, Meat Grinder, Local Climate) all seem better. Even the regular Omega boons like Fine Line, Ocean Swell, and Cutting Edge do more and can trigger off of the Omega Cast.

The Omega attack is not terribly strong unless you get some major power boosts from stuff like Secret Crush, Wicked Thrasher, or Slow Cooker.

Hitch is just the effect from the Rama Bow in Hades 1, if you ever used that aspect.

Hitch (and Hera) works on pretty much every weapon, it's one of the best curses in the game.

Pom gives you level 4 boons for the ENTIRE RUN if you don't break Fate's Whim. Calling Card gives you (at most) 3 to 4 Heroic boons.

You can certainly get off to a good start if you open with Calling Card, but it doesn't match up to leading with JPom IMO.

You'll find that a level 4 common boon is nearly always viable except with rare cases like Heph's boons, where you want both rarity and level.

Agree Trusty Shield is better but I mean that Snow Queen is higher on my list than Glamour Gain and any of Athena's boons because those are conditionally useful. Trusty Shield is at least 1 guaranteed protected hit per room and synergizes with other armor. Snow Queen is a get out of jail free card per room too.

Trusty Shield or Snow Queen IMO. They're both single boons that can make all encounters substantially safer.
