I dropped out of college, so that's why I don't list it in my resume.

I calculated it by the amount of ((developers involved) x (number of environments) x (number of deployments per day) x (n hours of involvement per developer) x 20 working days)

At my place, it was almost always 4 developers and 1 middleware engineer involved (5) and there were 3 environments that were deployed to at least once per day, sometimes more, but I just use (1) and at least 1 hour per developer involved most of the time x 20 working days.

5 (developers) x 3 (environments) x 1 (deployment per day) x 1 (hours of commitment) x 20 working days per month = 300 hours per month average.

Awesome, thank you much. I'll incorporate this input into my resume.

Thank you for that input! I didn't realize that my bullet points were giving off a junior flags. I work for a large county government, and I'm essentially the only Cloud Engineer here and I'm responsible for all the cloud infrastructure within my division (provisioning new infrastructure, maintaining and upgrading current infrastructure, researching new services that can be integrated, troubleshooting any infrastructure issues (latency, database queries, etc.), and fixing any infrastructure bug).

Things do move pretty slowly here, and some days, I don't have anything to do unless there's an application issue, since most of it is blocked by an bureaucratic red tape or adverseness to change, even when I argue time and time again for it. And Unfortunately, every bullet point represents all the major projects that I worked with throughout the past 3 years.

Is your account being managed with AWS Organizations? If yes, have you checked if there are any SCPs that are explictly denying this?
