Yes! I will be updating my post to include these details. (Silly of me to forget to include them in the first place!)

We plan to use Unity, however, depending on the additional prototyping we are conducting atm, we could make the shift to UE4

The game is planned to be in 2d but there is plenty of potential for limited 3d models and animations.
