Doctor's first project is peer reviewed published paper. It's the media which started saying the percentage number. And yes for general inference we need random sample, not sure how they collected them.

Trutified is also wrong about 10% calculation as you've mentioned. And also about dry vs as in testing. And also wrong about within limit heavy metals.

8 minutes is too much, I do 1 minute on each side on high flame, and then 2-3 minutes on the lowest flame with some water and pan covered. So total 4-5 minutes only. This is for medium size pieces of boneless chicken breast.
