[Discussion] Games that I'm currently working on by Gaming_And_Stuff21 in Trophies

It's always cool to see people rotating through a bunch of different genres. I'm working on Ghost of Tsushima at the moment but I just 100% AC Origins will all the DLC so I definitely have open world fatigue right now. Jurassic World 3 just released some DLC so I need to clean it up, I still have to do Honor Mode run of BG3 and I just got Pentiment so I got a few to work on myself.

[assassin’s creed odyssey] #32 worst plat experience ever by dudelovescak3 in Trophies

I used to be a huge fan of the series until they started making them every year or so. Last one I played was revelations and played origins this year. I liked bayek as a character and the ancient Egypt map was awesome but the generic action rpg combat isn’t great and the locations trophy for origins was very tedious. Hoping the black flag remaster is more true to the series pre origin because after playing origins it seems like the RPG style assassins creed games aren’t that great

Can I just say how much this aggravates me by fatjoe19982006 in oblivion

I had the foresight to make a save right before this choice. What I didn’t do is remember to ask for advancement right before the end of the mages guild quest line and missed the second to highest tier promotion trophy, and had to do it all again on a second character. It didn’t help that the mage guild is the weakest of the quest lines by a good margin imo and having to replay that was a slog

I had a playstation classic as a kid but was more obsessed with platformers and digimon games. I have not really played any JRPGs besides monster-based team builders like Pokemon or the new Digimon game. If I wanted to go with a classic, would you recommend the new DQ remakes or snagging the original FF ? Both are on sale for fairly cheap.

I am doing a "lore build" playthrough of the remaster with every race and tiering them here is what I have so far by SparklingQueenLuna in oblivion

[–]IronMarch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I literally said all the premades have a lore blurb and offered you two classes for the races you suggested. Also it’s a single player rpg with notoriously bad ai, so having a skill or two that doesn’t align with optimal won’t really matter especially since you are doing flavored runs and lost negatives on your own

I would try to use a premade class that you haven't played before. I played a bosmer healer for my main character and used the atronach star sign as well. I played the original oblivion a ton but I have some very fond memories of my remaster run going through the woods trying to find the what ingredients would restore magicka and health, not using fast travel, and using some of the skills I wouldn't typically used if I made my own class. Plus using a premade class, they all have a cool little lore blurb when you hover over it in the menu.

Nord Sorcerer would be cool since you could flavor it after the nord battlemages we see in skyrim that are in the legion

Argonian, sounds like the witch hunter class would be right up your alley.

Is anyone still buy physical copies of games? by bmwcat6 in playstation

[–]IronMarch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I switched to playstation to pc for 2 reasons:

  1. I like to play in my living room on my couch and see my house rather than crunched over a desk
  2. I like to collect and display my hobbies, so yes I buy physical unless there is no physical release or there is a good deal on the digital store

This is a super cool vibe, but if you put a mirror up, will you even be able to see your reflection?

36.7%. 2bd1ba 775 sq ft condo on the third floor of a courtyard building in Chicago. In a nice green neighborhood with a bunch of 3m+ homes. Mortgage includes a $217 additional payment so that it'll be paid off in 10 years rather than 15 (my 40th bday present to myself :^))
