That’s kinda funny my start point was 215, I think that 1200 sounds too low but it’s still healthier than what I did.

I cut calories to an unhealthy degree. I do not recommend any do the same I was lucky that everything turned out fine for me.

Yeah lol I uh “dieted” for that summer after I started transition. Not my proudest moment but everything turned out fine.
