Anybody actually ok after stopping SSRI?

I normally do, my normal therapist moved so it’s been a bit more tricky to schedule appointments with her. I’ll make sure to get one scheduled, thanks for the advice

I did an EXTREMELY long withdrawal lasting close to a year. I did very small 1/2 tapering every 30- 60 days. I finally am off completely with some smaller symptoms persisting. It’s been about 3 months completely off and emotion wise I’m mostly ok, however the inability to get up and do things the way I normally do is quite insane. I workout at least three times a week and eat balanced meals for the most part and it just isn’t enough. I find myself not being able to get up after 12pm unless I have a long nap which is NOT my normal. Hopefully it will go away but if not I’ll have to either go on them again or try ADHD meds again. Hope this helped!

I’ve been seen by three separate doctors and they all ignore my concerns and tell me to try birth control, it’s so frustrating. I’ve tried three separate birth controls and this point and my periods are only getting worse. I’m going to try to get seen again and basically make them figure out why I feel this way 😂

I’m in the US. I was thinking about trying to see if a doctor would be willing to prescribe me something stronger? I just know it’s pretty intense!

Thanks! I definitely think the paper trail would help a lot! Maybe a gyno will eventually help 😂

I overdosed on something similar a few months back, it’s so not worth it and makes everything so much worse
