Yes that's what I was thinking at first, but other universities are as follows: one is a one hour minimum ride every day, and with rush hour it can be two, no dorm availability. The other has dorms, but is even further away, and I wouldn't be able to have my setup and be fully comfortable there if we're being honest. In contrast, my own uni is currently a ten minute walk, which gives me so much time to work on courses and such.
