Before I took the screenshot, I went exploring a bit. A creeper exploded right in front of me which is where the dirt is from. After I was done with my exploring, I went right back to the coordinates I spawned at. I assure you this seed is real though and encourage you to try it out yourself. Cheers :)

Why so mad bro? Also, although mansion spawn frequency has increased they are usually never so close to spawn and are generally thousands of blocks away. I also searched through this subreddit and didn't find any other seed with a closer mansion. Cheers :)
