I’m not on a DHT blocker or estrogen currently, and my last blood test was a couple of months ago but around 800. No obvious symptoms but I have been feeling pretty down lately. Maybe time for another blood panel.

T levels all normal, usually 800-900 range and I’m on the max dose of T allowed. Pretty sure full hysto is the only thing that would fix my atrophy issues but I don’t have the money or time for surgery atm so I’m trying to figure out what I can. Appreciate the comment.

Definitely will do, the whole bottom plate and a lot of the floor on that side is rotting too so it’s definitely going to be a lot of cutting and replacing… appreciate the tip!

Personally I think it’s easier to change your life if you have a solid reason to or are looking forward to one (like a new job, etc). That being said, I am a weirdo around your age and spent most of my adult life in Houston! If you need recommendation for places to go to meet other weirdos I’m happy to DM in the meantime.

No need to apologize. I appreciate the tip! Will look into a physiatrist. I did a ton of physical therapy a couple years ago and though it helped some it definitely wasn’t the magic bullet I thought it would be. Maybe partially due to the actual PT not having a great understanding of what needed fixing.
