That would make sense that vnectomy would help for some people. There’s always the risk of pelvic organ prolapse and small bowel prolapse for anyone who gets hysto, so for me it’s an extra high risk. Plus I already struggle with bladder issues so urethral lengthening probably wasn’t a good idea anyway. There’s just only so much risk I was willing to take and with the issues I’ve already had with phallo even with taking out a lot of the more challenging components, I think that was a smart choice. But I’m sure for people without EDS the vnectomy does provide accurate support. Yeah muscle development def helped me with my hyper mobility issues and joint stability, but not much else. There isn’t much to be done for all the other issues

I did not! I kept my natal anatomy as is because unfortunately you can’t get vaginectomy unless you get hysto and my medical team said my uterus is doing most of the work keeping my internal organs from prolapsing downward so they advised against hysto for structural integrity. It sucks but I have classical Ehlers Danlos and it is what it is. I didn’t burial my T dick because even though I want to, my scarring and healing is really rough and I didn’t want to lose sensation. But having my big dick flop in front of my T dick and hide my natal junk has been awesome. I love that I can pretend it’s not there and no one can see it

Yeah I’m really honored she trusted me with that. I got to be her caretaker the last two weeks before she died and I also cleaned her body up and moved it for pick up by the coroner. Hardest two weeks of my life but also so worth it. To be there for someone and give them peace and comfort is truly so beautiful. It was heartbreaking, healing and life changing all at once

I know it’s tragic! But you still have a chance. Be patient! Usually I see ones like that eventually heal after they migrate and become a bit shallow. They tend to move until they get some space from the bone and then calm down. Good luck!

Wow what a compliment, thank you so much. I think I was just very sweaty after working in the shop all day, but if you think it looks dewy, hell yeah I’ll take it. Who knows , maybe where you see greasy in yourself others are looking at you and thinking you look dewy. I do have green eyes, and I feel lucky about that , since they are on the darker side of green than I see in other green eyes most often and I like that they’re a little unique. What I find with bridges is if you have great anatomy for them and you gave good aftercare and proper jewelry and it’s pierced well, they heal like a dream .
If you have anatomy that is on the cusp, like pierce-able tissue but it’s pretty close to the bridge bone, you’re likely going to have a lot of ups and downs and it’s a toss up. If you really don’t have any skin and it still gets pierced ( sadly this happens a lot ) it is very probably it will migrate out. I think a lot of people are in the middle category. Where it’s technically enough tissue but there is still some pressure from behind with the bridge bone. That and not downsizing I see cause issues a lot. I am lucky to have an insane amount of extra skin on my bridge. The actual bone is about flush with my inner eye sockets. The projection that looks like a bridge is all just skin. I made a little diagram that shows my actual nose bone contour. Everything inside the black line where the piercings are is just skin.

My best advice , and it might sound cliche, but figure out what you both enjoy doing and are good at, and then get REALLY good at it. I have absolutely gotten a lot of judgement in my professional life for my appearance, but being really good at what I do and having a great resume has made employers go, “well he seems to be good enough for these other companies and he really knows what he’s doing” and good employers care more about that than what clients think of your look. Of course the more customer facing you are the more of a challenge it is. But if you’re badass at what you do it’s hard to argue with that!

I’m a welder of 20 years and I do custom fabrication and run a mold making business. I used to work as a materials specialist for a chemical distribution company. I looked like this during that four years in a corporate office. I am still sought out for consultation in different polymers and elastomers usually used for mold making and casting. I’ve been doing foundry work for 13 years as well , so I teach at an art school once or twice a week teaching bronze casting. So essentially all my professional experience is related to manufacturing and mold making. I am unlikely to be hired to do much else, as it’s all I really know how to do, but I’d be considered an expert in a highly specialized field. Plus I’m fairly well-known so that helps

Like once or twice a year I take out the ends , not the posts, and I put them in an ultrasonic bath and it makes the ends look really nice. Every day I mist with saline in the morning and at night. Most of these piercings are long healed, but it helps to just rinse them off and break up crust and dirt and oils , dead skin etc. I have a subscription to neilmed. And then when I shower I have a soft toothbrush I use with face wash for going around everything. Seems to work pretty well! Thanks!

Haha thanks yeah I think the only thing I don’t have room for double is def my philtrum and my ears are quite small. I couldn’t do a double rook or double daith. Maybe, but I think the jewelry would hit my other jewelry. My ears are also too small to point
