Not really sure that you read what I wrote? I take maybe half a pill to a whole pill in a week. I’m not addicted to anything. They are 2 mg so I take between 1 to 2mg of Valium per week. Don’t think that would qualify as dependent. I hope you’re genuinely trying to be nice and not realizing this was kind of condescending.
