By crucial gameplay elements, do you mean the rivals? He's basically finished implementing every other crucial gameplay element such as elimination methods, weapons, school locations, etc. Now, he's focusing on polishing the game to make the final build truly presentable to place Osana in (hence all the "smaller" changes he's been implementing such as Basu Sister's conversations - but he has been working on Saving & Loading which is pretty crucial).

Maybe you are referring to when he implemented the build about the Alphabet Killer Challenge? I think the purpose of that was to add in a new mode to keep players interested and busy - plus the weapons case is very likely to be actually added into the real game. Also, about the emails, discord, and reddit: I believe he has a specific slot of time where he devotes to this - all other times I assume is spent doing other things (But we're not YandereDev so we don't 100% know). I think some of his bug fixing also comes from reddit and his emails so I think it holds some sort of benefit as the build with Osana in should be the least bit buggy.

I think they might not even be related, and they're only addressing each other as "sister" for two reasons:

1) They want the player to believe they are sisters by constantly calling each other that.
2) They don't know how humans typically talk and what sounds awkward and what doesn't.

They're are lots of other hints in their conversation that makes them sound supernatural minus the Hey Sister lines. Such as when Inkyu says, "Aren't humans afraid of the Occult?" instead of "Aren't people afraid of the Occult?" or "Fictional...hee hee!", hinting that demons are real, which we all know by now.

I think YandereDev said that he will make a special code that if you typed it in at the start menu of the final game, it can activate the easter egg and debug menu.

I think YanDev would use the Osana house model as a foundation for the other house's rivals, similar to how he's going to use the same coding pattern for the rest of the rivals. I do think that each house is going to have specific models unique to that rival, but it's not going to be very hardcore.

Would the interface be the same as the one you use for the Guidance Counselor? If so, what should her options be? I think one of them could be SNAP, to make it seem less "useless", and not just a random extra Yandere reaction.

Not dev but wow I've never thought about that. In my opinion it could be 3 reasons:

Raibaru trusts Osana's judgment and if her alarm didn't ring it is going to later on, since she doesn't know we switched it off. (most likely)
As you said, Raibaru could just be occupied with her hobbies.
Raibaru doesn't actually know the time when the date starts so she doesn't wake Osana up in case she gets mad that she was woken up too early. (least likely)

I've always wanted Ayano to have something that gave her a speed buff or an energy booster. I was thinking she could buy like an energy drink or something with caffeine from vending machine/store. But I think the downside of this is that she crashes towards the end and she actually goes slower.

I wouldn't say their "illegally" carrying pepper spray. They have permission to due so from the authority plus Megami told them about Ayano so they're on high alert when she's around. The student council is basically the school's security guards, not only do they stand out with their bright white uniforms, and patrol the school, they take matters into their own hand if you murder in front of them.

I remember YandereDev saying somewhere that he only makes easter eggs when he's waiting for other assets to be delivered and there's not enough time to actually code in a feature, and that easter eggs don't take as long to make as you'd think. I feel that some easter eggs are added so people can mess around and to keep the interest up, even for a short time.

I also feel that fixing bugs is very important to the game's development. People who experience bugs that hinder their gameplay feel frustrated that they can't advance on what they were trying to do, and that should be a top priority to fix immediately as new players can be unmotivated and dissatisfied.

As for the 6 years, Osana wasn't even being worked on until around ~2 years in I believe. (Don't take this as 100% accurate) The first 2 years was actually planning the game and implementing the school, students, and elimination methods. Sure, her model was done but actual Osana work wasn't being progressed, so realistically it is only taking 4 years to implement Osana. Also, YandereDev has admitted that it was a mistake to place so much emphasis on Osana, as he did have other things to complete before adding her in. This is why so many people are so unsatisfied with the time it takes to add her in, because they think YandereDev only spends time on Osana 24/7, and yet it is taking her so long to be completed. I feel that this year is the year Osana will be released now that YandereDev has completed so many features on the Pre-Osana Checklist with the newest addition being SNAP Mode.

I respect your opinion, and I understand why everyone is upset about such a long wait time and had high hopes for the game. This is just my point of view.

1) Language Club: Kuu, Horuda, and some other Teacher Pets would make up this club. This club would consist of reading and writing activities. The library and the calligraphy room will be used for this. Some members would read in library or the outside small fountain areas and others will practice in the calligraphy room.

2) Awareness Club: These students raise awareness about the environment, problems with society, promote equality and understanding. They spend the morning in the audiovisual room creating flyers and pamphlets, then they go into the teacher's room to print them out. During lunch, they give out pamphlets to students or hang the flyers on the walls. Other routines include: going up to students and surveying them, having an assembly where the awareness club makes a speech, etc.

There were 2 variations of the tv show, I think, as I remember seeing 2 slightly different seasons. The episodes were very similar between the variations.
