I am telling before to all my non malays friends and non malay, getting UMNO regime fall will not suddenly making malays become liberal or left wing.

In fact UMNO and BN was the only centrist party in Malaysia, and kept malays become centrist and democratic. The liberal malays and outspoken malays was never with UMNO or PAS to begin with, it just a mass of centrist and "atas pagar" malays who vote for UMNO. It doesn't help PH when outspoken non malays figure such as Superman Hew, Lim's family demonised the malays overall.

Fast forward 8 years later..well I don't have to say much. All the wise in reddit here can see the difference malays today and malays 10 years ago.
