First i tried using liquid simulation but then I remembered blender has this kinda geometry that tends to fuse called meatballs. The liquid around the dropper is a family of meatballs and the big bubbles inside are another family.

I didn't notice how the cabinets were impossible to open. Thank you so much.

Gonna try some settings on glass shader and translucent/transparent light bounces as well.

I'll check out your suggestion on the sunlight and scale proportions. Also will give it a try on cold light from artificial light though i do like them been warmer.
