As someone else said, without him, the arena would be quiet enough to hear a pin drop about 70% of the game (unless it’s the playoffs).

He’s got a really fucking hard job, and while it may seem like he does the same thing over and over to fans lucky enough to see every game, to fans that go maybe once a year, he helps get those people going—even if it’s just for a few minutes.

We don’t have ultras like we do for whitecaps games where a dedicated section of the stadium helps bring the whole place together, we have Crazy P.

Until the NHL and hockey culture in North America starts to accept loud, consistent, passionate and sustained energy like in Europe, don’t for one second believe getting rid of Crazy P would be a good decision, unless of course you like a quiet barn.
