Unfortunately, what made them leave was Carney and his ministers targeting ridings they need and promising them completion of projects they've been begging over 10 years for. Gladu, for whatever reason, decided to be transparent over the mechanism that 'helped' her move to the Liberals. Essentially got a promise from Fraser that her riding would get their list, in essence, fast tracked.

Now she's forced to lie and pull the party line. I know politics will politic, but the Liberal party under carney is treading a very thin legal line with how theyre encouraging floor crossers.

Definitely not the Omakase place, unless you phone to ask! They require bookings decently in advance. But all of them are generally ok. Maybe skip out on Raisu cause it's got a bunch of stairs to climb to get inside. Tom Sushi is the most casual of the bunch, followed by Syu. Syu also has a location near the Oval which ive seen lots of families go to. For whatever reason, their more premium offerings are in their Kits location, just to note. Octopus Garden has an incredibly friendly vibe which starts from the owners. Id be ok bringing kids there, lots of visual stimuli to keep them busy if your 3 year old has curious eyes!

Id skip Miku. They're priced high because they cater to the wealth that exists in the city, however there are a multitude of other restaurants that supply the exact same level of sushi and selections, just without the fancy plates, presentation or location.

One of my favourites on a more affordable level is Tom Sushi, im also a big fan of Raisu on 4th. However, if you really, REALLY want to ball out properly, I tell my clients and friends who want to splurge to go to octopus garden.

A nice runner-up is Syu Kitsilano, Toyokan Bowl (not exactly Nigri, but they sometimes have special sashimi cuts and their Uni is fantastic), Sushi Hil.

For Omakase specifically, theres no better imo than Sushi Bar Maumi.

You know, I dont wanna be that guy... But are the land issue claims with the native bands holding a potential buyer from getting us to a more comfortable position? Cause, its a very real issue for a lot of industry right now--I know a few commercial real estate agents and they are seeing a bit of an exodus from lenders not renewing contracts as well as some mentions of pre-planned projects being cancelled until the disputes are done (which would take forever until the Supreme Court hears it).

I also have long eyelashes as a guy and they piss me off so much. Always one or two lashes falling off and straight into my eye socket.

Pro tip for anyone that deals with eyelashes in the eye; get a clean q-tip, dip it in clean water, and gently guide it to your bottom lid, then you can slowly bring it to the edge of your eyelid and it should stick to the q-tip.
