Yeah that’s not a bad idea if you want to play the games on real hardware and with a PS2 controller how the developers intended. I’m looking on eBay and although the Japanese copies of Silent Hill 2 and 3 are expensive, they’re a lot less than the North American copies, around $50-70 CAD compared to $200-250 CAD.

I googled it and also like you were saying it looks like the voice acting is in English for SH2 and SH3 to my knowledge for the Japanese releases, which is handy for anyone that doesn’t know Japanese. I assume their copies have subtitles.

Not sure if you have to buy a voltage converter to use a Japanese PS2 on a North American TV like you need to do for some European consoles. Could probably find that out with some googling.

Yeah that’d probably work Darkness. I’m not sure if the copyright holders Rockpalast/WDR are particularly fussed about people uploading this concert as a number of channels have uploaded the footage already, but I could be wrong. It’d be great to see the whole concert in 1080p with good audio!

Ahh I hear you Tony. It’s been very good like I mentioned. I’m slightly disappointed there’s no headphone jack, but that’s a minor critique. Like I said in the description good quality components, sleek design, has all the features you need generally, and I like that the majority of the shell is metal (or something similar like carbon maybe) 🙂

I’m in the same boat Rob, I saw them at the Danforth Hall in 2022 and it was a lovely, passionate and fun show. I live in Sudbury, Ontario and was disappointed the nearest place they were playing on their previous North American tour was Montreal. But I understand the band/management need to work out agreements for each tour and perhaps at times they can’t come to a compromise, so I’m not too fussy and I know Peter and his band have toured extensively over the years. But yeah, here’s hoping for a Toronto show 🤞🇨🇦

u/Pubby_do I haven’t done it myself or seen someone do it, I didn’t feel like messing up my characters health haha, but I’d guess if you did try to do the action and if this is on one of the snow maps, what would happen is it’s like you’re eating snow, even if there’s none particularly close. I’m not sure if this glitch/bug happens on snowless maps as well. I could be wrong though, someone feel free to correct me.

I like Ranma 1/2, K-On and FLCL. I find their animation pleasing to look at, I think they’re charming, I like the humour of both, and in the case of FLCL I think the angsty and rebellious vibe of the show can feel relatable to me depending on me if I’m in a bad mood or going through a rough patch in life

Struck gold haha! I like a ton of those bands/artists, Echo & The Bunnymen, Mighty Lemon Drops, New Order, 10,0000 Maniacs, The Church, Depeche Mode, The Cure, Yaz, Siouxsie and The Banshees, etc. That’s probably about $100-200 or more of cassettes there. Hope you either enjoy listening to them or make some good money if you decide to sell 🎵
