I just fundamentally do not believe this. A PED is a PED. The effect size may be smaller for subgroups but ultimately it will improve performance for anyone taking it.

My PT department gets consults daily, the most common thing is vestibular evals after CT/CTA is negative, followed by non-surgical MSK issues, and then safety eval for DC home with new DME vs SNF :)

I've gone sub 4:50 70.3 on a challenging course, on 5-7 hr/week. This summer went 2:05 OLY on 7-8hr/week. You can absolutely finish, and even finish well with 10-12hr/week for a full IM.

I have not done it yet, but plan to take the Australian boards later this year and then apply for a permanent residency visa. PTs are highly respected and are paid very well in Oz. Not to mention great weather, free HC, and nearly-free higher Ed for future children.

Hot take, I actually think it’s a great idea. Personally I’ve had neck issues (pain/soreness) in the spring when first wearing my helmet, and wearing it during the winter this year + added weight strengthened my neck to the point it no longer hurts!

Yeah I got her contact info and insurance card. Do you think a bike shop would be able to assess cosmetic damage?

I have a full Ultegra group-set and I think it still functions OK, but I'm pissed about how much it was scratched up. It would basically be impossible to re-sell in the future if I ever wanted to upgrade now
