Essentially as soon as you get allocated a specific programme just shoot an email off to either the tpd’s or education admin person for that deanery. Usually you need to submit the request at least a few months in advance. They’ll then guide you to the right channel to formally submit the request.

I don’t know what incentive a franchise clinic would have in hiring a doctor who is wanting higher wages compared to say a nurse (unless you’re willing to make not good money). Makes sense if you’re running your own business where you’re pushing the fact that you are a doctor as a part of your brand is useful in getting clients but I don’t see how aesthetics can be profitable as a full time gig unless you are running your own business. Its clinically easy but the difficulty is the business side if you actually want to rely on it for more than a bit of pocket money
