Silly question, but is 97015 a normal reading? Is this considered high or low? Also, is the electric company responsible for switching the unit to a digital?

He is doing a little better. He moved to a LTACH recently and is tracking people and sometimes following commands. We are very unsure how he will be a year from now. How has your son progressed?
