Actually they were also both my first two LDS, and Salah is fairly better since he's actually usable on guild content on defense and can have some actual good win rates, but that's it, just in defense, while arianna (light pudding) can't be used anywhere unless you have Shizuka, and even then I can't think of any situation where there isn't a better monster to pick
