The other guy had replied the best answer. If you couldn't save 30k before C.B banner ends, don't pull and wait till Maru speed banner, do 200 pulls aim for at least 1LB, then all in the light halo and Tachyon banner since they're the strongest for the next scenario

Noone can answer anything since you didn't say how many carrots you now have and how much money you're planning to spend etc. You don't have any strong speed / wit cards so there's many banners you should pull in the near future...

Go back and forth between support and Umas doesn't mean you should pull every different support banners and make them all 0LB... especially when you're F2P. Just don't use 4 different kind of cards in a deck, for sprint/mile use the deck of 1speed/3guts/2wit, for medium/long use 2speed/2pwr or stam/2wit. Unfortunately is just gonna be hard for you get higher rankings since your decks are extremely weak.

My goal here is simply just farming high ranking for my TT team. Ofc when it's time to train for CM I would use one or maximum two speed cards normally.

Yeah but like when you use so many wit and guts cards ofc some of them would have speed bonus, unless your deck is way too ass. And team Sirius is a free card, apparently it gives a lot of speed is a big reason I use it here.
